"The staff wouldn’t clean the room every day as requested, they did our daughters families room, we purchased drinks at the restaurant on site and were told no outside food or drinks at the patio, unless purchased onsite, wow…. a private pool party was held and it was so loud you couldn’t sleep, the mandatory valet parking was a surprise at 60.00 a night, the room was dated and poorly appointed, restaurants and their staff were great and the view was spectacular but I’ll stay elsewhere next time, they had a fire emergency, had to walk down 14 flights to find out it was a false alarm, did I mention I’m handicapped and navigated the stairs with no help from staff as they were running past us, the pool area was dirty, the towels were nowhere to be found, one barmaid and one server named Deedee was awesome and pleasant, that’s it, go to a better facility, avoid this one, dirty and poor to no customer service. They wouldn’t ever hear our concerns, the room was bigger than the others bore poorly equipped, learn from our mistakes."
